Day 1. Depart Las Vegas and drive through the Mojave Desert to Mojave National Preserve. Ascend Cima Dome as you hike through the largest Joshua tree forest. Dine in the restored 1924 Kelso depot; view exhibits describing the regions history of ranching, mining and railroads. Climb Kelso Dunes the tallest sand dune in the Mojave Desert
Day 2. Experience standing on the Badwater salt pan 282 feet below sea level, the lowest elevation in the North America. Photograph the pastel landscape along the Artist Drive. View Death Valley from Zabriskie Point. Observe the Panamint Range from breathtaking Dante’s View, approximately one mile above Badwater. View natural and human history exhibits in the National Park Service Visitor Center.,
Day 3. Visit the 1884 Harmony Borax Works mining and departure site for the iconic 20-mule team wagon train. Hike along the rim of Ubehebe crater. Tour Historic Scotty’s Castle before returning to Las Vegas.
